Its top programs include novel small-molecule inhibitors targeting PFKFB3 and Choline Kinase. The company is also advancing PU27, a sequence-specific DNA oligonucleotide that inhibits cancer cell proliferation and appeared well tolerated in a preliminary animal toxicology study.
