Investre develops infrastructure enabling investment funds to be issued, settled and serviced natively on distributed ledger technology and is authorised by the CSSF as a Control Agent under Luxembourg's Blockchain IV Law. From Luxembourg the company serves asset managers and fund industry participants across Europe. Its platform targets the operational needs of fund managers, service providers and distributors as the industry moves beyond proof-of-concept tokenisation. Following the €2.4 million capital increase, Investre plans to build fully on-chain settlement capabilities and roll out MiFID-compliant wallet infrastructure for both institutional and retail investors across the EU. The company also intends to expand its technology and operations teams, deepen integrations with fund industry partners, and accelerate onboarding of new issuers. The addition of Kneip Management SA to the shareholder base was highlighted by Investre as a sign of growing confidence from established fund-industry players.

Fundvis is a Luxembourg-based FundTech company whose core product centralises provider data and oversight workflows into a single, AI-driven platform. The software automates critical processes such as onboarding, ongoing monitoring and regulatory reporting, and offers API connectivity to external tools like DocuSign, LuxTrust and CSSF eDesk. Designed for the wider financial industry, its customer base spans banks, insurance companies, management companies, AIFMs, law firms and private-equity firms. To meet stringent security requirements, Fundvis hosts data exclusively on EU servers in Frankfurt, Brussels, Paris and Luxembourg, maintaining 22/806 and DORA compliance. The company recently secured €2.12 million in pre-Seed funding, giving it additional resources for product development and market expansion. With the new capital, Fundvis plans to build a Luxembourg-based AI infrastructure, hire across AI, technology, marketing and sales, and deepen its footprint in Luxembourg while expanding across Europe.
