- Cashea
Participated · Series B · Jul 2026
Founded in Caracas in 2022, Cashea rebuilt access to credit in Venezuela by offering fully digital, instant, zero-interest installment financing for everyday purchases both online and in stores. The company says it has more than 10 million consumer accounts, a network of 40,000 storefronts nationwide, and has enabled more than 100 million transactions since launch. Cashea’s product lets shoppers make a first payment via the app or a QR code in-store and settle the remainder in equal biweekly installments at zero interest. The company has taken operational steps during crises—waiving late fees and advancing cash to merchants after a recent earthquake—to support liquidity for merchants and consumers. Cashea plans to use its new capital to continue expanding access to credit across Venezuela and to build additional payment, savings and merchant tools that extend beyond its core installment product.

- Depay
Participated · Seed · Apr 2026
Depay builds an interoperability layer that connects local QR and payment networks across Latin America while using a blockchain layer and stablecoins (mainly USDT) to handle cross-border conversions and settlements. The company is active in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Peru and has formed a strategic partnership with Airtm to enable QR payments with digital dollars at physical merchants. Depay projects it will process more than $50 million in transactions in 2025 and estimates a potential connected wallet user base of over 40 million. Its model intentionally integrates existing local payment infrastructure rather than replacing it, positioning the business as an infrastructure provider that connects wallets and merchants without requiring cards or traditional bank accounts. The team is led by CEO Joaquín Fagalde with co-founders Marcelo Sánchez and Federico Testoni. With the Seed capital, Depay plans to expand into additional Latin American markets and deepen technical integrations with regional wallets and payment systems.
