The service stores all data in Europe and lets dispatchers centrally manage communications, orders and document exchange without requiring installation or integration. Messages are automatically translated into the driver’s language to streamline operations across borders. Heylog positions itself to make widely used consumer messaging apps fit for the logistics sector, improving structure and efficiency in daily transport and freight-forwarding workflows. The company says its approach can reduce costs for freight forwarders by eliminating the need for bespoke integrations. Heylog was founded in 2022 and is based in Vienna.
