- MYNE Homes
Led · Series A · Aug 2024
MYNE operates a managed co-ownership platform for premium vacation homes across six European countries. Investors buy shares (minimum €50,000) that grant the right to use properties for at least 6.5 weeks per year and to participate in rental income and appreciation. Co-owners manage properties digitally via MYNE's platform, which handles maintenance, scheduling, and a smart booking system. The company currently manages a high three-digit number of shares in vacation homes. Since its 2021 inception MYNE has raised over €60 million in equity and debt and recently closed a €40 million Series A. With the new capital the company plans to enhance its technology and expand into Croatia, Portugal, the Benelux countries, and the UK. MYNE offers a digital platform that lets 2–8 customers buy stakes in holiday homes in destinations such as the Austrian Alps, Majorca, and Portugal, with shares starting around €50,000. The product includes a smart scheduling system to allocate usage among co-owners and professional property management that handles on-site legal and tax coordination. The startup has been operating for customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and plans to expand across Europe. The company will use its recent funding to further develop its technology and financing platform and to expand property offerings into Italy and France. MYNE positions itself as an all-in-one solution for owner-occupation and rental of jointly owned holiday properties.
