  Accure Therapeutics is a Barcelona neuroscience R&D company advancing ACT-02, a novel Prolyl Endopeptidase (PREP) inhibitor intended as a disease‑modifying therapy for Parkinson’s disease. The ACT-02 program is at an advanced preclinical stage with comprehensive positive efficacy data in Parkinson’s in vivo models and a GLP toxicology and safety pharmacology data set.   Myelin-H develops a software medical device to remotely monitor people with multiple sclerosis and track their response to treatment. The company plans to run a large-scale clinical study to demonstrate the tool's effectiveness. Myelin-H will partner with the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) and Rehazenter on the study. The business was created in Esch-sur-Alzette in 2021. It was selected alongside Arspectra in a Joint Call HealthTech funding process and will get access to conditional research funding subject to milestones. Part of the broader research budget is made up of the two companies' own private funds, and Myelin-H's founder has highlighted funding as a major obstacle that successful trials can help address.
