The company says it has deployed more than 20,000 battery systems across over 25 OEMs serving robotics, defence, drones, agriculture equipment, electric vehicles and solar energy. Adiabatic plans to focus on specialised battery platforms for robotics, autonomous mobile robots, industrial automation and unmanned aerial systems. The recent seed funding will be used to expand manufacturing capacity to 100 MWh annually, accelerate product development and grow its engineering team to scale deployments. Founded in 2023 by Jitendra Yadav and Nishant Agarwal, DOCO operates a technology-driven Rural Distribution-as-a-Service (Rural DaaS) model. Its platform integrates dark stores, local partners, and a data-oriented supply-chain system to enable fast, reliable delivery of FMCG products to rural and semi-urban retailers. Currently, the company runs 10 dark stores across western Uttar Pradesh, collectively serving more than 5,000 retailers and partnering with over 15 FMCG brands such as Bikano, Jabsons, Yellow Diamond, and Kingfisher. DOCO plans to scale to 25 dark stores and 25,000 retailer touchpoints within the next year. The newly raised capital will be deployed to expand the technology stack, grow the dark-store network, and support operational scaling across additional rural clusters. By bridging distribution gaps for consumer brands, the company positions itself as critical infrastructure for India’s fast-growing rural consumption market.
