  • Aptimiz

    Participated · Equity · Jul 2026

Aptimiz develops a data-collection tool for agricultural operations that aims to optimize the working time of farm operators. The company is based in Angers and has positioned itself as a specialist in improving farm labor efficiency. Following a prior capital increase in 2023 that included Demeter and Asterion, Aptimiz raised €1.4M in the most recent round to support international expansion. Investors in the new round include Demeter (Vitirev Innovation), Asterion, Kinvest, Marco&Co and the réseau sarthois. The company intends to deploy the funds primarily to internationalize its product and scale its commercial presence abroad.

  • Vebo

    Participated · Equity · Oct 2025

Founded in 2024, Vebo designs and manufactures a portable electrification box that clips onto the front wheel of most bicycles, turning 80 % of existing bikes into e-bikes. The kit contains just 16 easily accessible components—including a battery, motor and electronics board—so users can repair it themselves and keep costs low. Retailing for €580, the product targets budget-conscious consumers who prefer upgrading their current bike rather than buying a new electric model. Sales are handled through Vebo’s online store and a growing network of partner repair shops, with plans to service businesses and municipalities—aiming for B2B to represent half of revenue by 2026. Once the French workshop network is complete, the company intends to expand to European markets in 2027 via distributor partnerships. Earlier traction attracted a €360 k seed round, followed by the latest €600 k raise to scale industrial production.
