Scuter developed a purpose-built cabined three-wheeled electric vehicle and launched a pilot sharing service in Milan. Scuter retains design, technology and platform management in-house while outsourcing production to the Italian supply chain. The company plans to scale via dedicated private-sharing fleets, franchised public sharing, strategic partnerships and a technology roadmap centered on AI, with further developments signposted for autumn 2026.
