/thestory develops the "/thestory" series, a platform that visualizes skills and learning histories and includes a scout-based nursing job-matching app called N/thestory. N/thestory launched in July 2022 and reached 10,000 downloads within 1 year 9 months, with over 2,600 registered nurses. The app enables direct recruiting from medical institutions and includes resume-creation support and skill/career-focused fields to improve matches for nurses unfamiliar with skills-based job changes.
