/thestory develops the "/thestory" series, a platform that visualizes skills and learning histories and includes a scout-based nursing job-matching app called N/thestory. N/thestory launched in July 2022 and reached 10,000 downloads within 1 year 9 months, with over 2,600 registered nurses. The app enables direct recruiting from medical institutions and includes resume-creation support and skill/career-focused fields to improve matches for nurses unfamiliar with skills-based job changes. The company plans to invest in employer-side hiring systems and build a nurse-focused learning platform to support lifelong learning for medical professionals. Funds will also be used to enhance existing products (including the recently released web version) and to hire engineers to accelerate development. /thestory currently operates in Kanto, Fukuoka, Keihanshin, and Aichi areas and is headquartered in Itoshima, Fukuoka. thestory operates N/thestory, a direct recruiting app launched in July 2022 as the first product of the /thestory skills-and-learning-visibility platform for nurses.
