  Founded in 2024 by Ashish D’abreo, Sreeram Gangadharan and Tej Thammaiah, Good Farmer Food Concepts integrates farming, product development, retail and hospitality under one roof. Its flagship brand, Maverick & Farmer Coffee, operates on a 140-acre estate in Pollibetta, Coorg where it experiments with specialty brews before serving them in cafés and selling them online. The brand currently runs four cafés in Bengaluru and two in Goa, while the wider company counts seven outlets overall and plans to reach ten by year-end with new locations in Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Goa and Bengaluru. In addition to its retail SKUs and brewing equipment, Maverick & Farmer supplies coffee to B2B customers such as Second Cup Coffee, Magnolia Bakery and Courtyard Marriott. The portfolio also includes Square Burgers & Co., a modern, health-centric fast-food chain. Proceeds from recent funding will be directed toward national café expansion, R&D and production infrastructure, and the scaling of its retail vertical. By controlling the value chain end-to-end, the company aims to build craft-driven Indian brands with long-term value creation at their core.
