The company closed an $8M funding round and intends to use the proceeds to expand operations, broaden its business reach, and accelerate development efforts. P12 recently launched a Genesis Soul‑Bound NFT airdrop on June 27 that captures off‑chain credentials such as games published and hours played. That Soul‑Bound NFT is intended to entitle holders to future rights and benefits and to onboard gamers into the P12 ecosystem via a referral program. The airdrop was reported to have been met with strong enthusiasm from the gaming community.
