The company reports helping over 10,000 marketers at more than 4,000 companies, transmitting over 18 billion messages annually, and serving more than 3,800 customers across 15 countries with over 300 employees. Founded in 2016 (active since 2004 under the names Blinker and MailPlus) and based in Rotterdam, Spotler has pursued growth through acquisitions including OBI4wan, Webpower, Squeezely, Pure360, and Tripolis. The Group plans to use the new capital to finance organic and acquisitive expansion, enter new markets, and increase share of wallet by incorporating new technology via its buy-and-build strategy.
