  • Visionary

    Led · Seed · May 2026

Visionary develops PRISM, a spatial intelligence data operating system that analyzes large-scale sensor data (LiDAR, cameras) to select high-value scenes and produce datasets for next-generation autonomous-driving AI models. The company says PRISM automates the dataset construction process for E2E and VLA-based training and can reduce build time by up to 90% compared with existing methods. Visionary highlights a proprietary Data Flywheel that feeds human-validated automated outputs back into model training to continuously improve accuracy and automation performance. It is conducting projects with Hyundai Motor Company, 42dot, HL Clemove, KAIST, and Seoul National University, serving to convert spatial data into AI training datasets. Following the seed raise, Visionary plans to further develop PRISM, hire AI and spatial-data specialists, and expand its customer base in the autonomous-driving and mobility sectors. The company raised 800 million won in the reported seed round from KAIST Youth Startup Investment Holdings and MYSC.

Emotive builds an application-form digital therapeutic that uses cognitive modeling and machine learning to deliver games and coaching to improve cognitive skills and behavior for ADHD patients. The product has won a CES 2023 Innovation Award and a Red Dot Design Award, signaling external recognition for its innovation and design. The company received approval from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety to run a confirmatory clinical trial for ADHD digital therapeutics. Emotive plans to begin that confirmatory trial in January 2024 at Seoul National University Hospital and Hanyang University Hospital. The firm aims to validate safety and efficacy to pursue medical device approval domestically and a U.S. FDA 510(k) clearance. Emotive says it will use the new funding to accelerate R&D, domestic and international clinical and regulatory preparation, and overseas business expansion.
