  • Kilter

    Participated · Equity · Feb 2026

Norwegian AgTech startup Kilter builds autonomous field robots that marry advanced imaging, artificial intelligence, and patented micro-droplet spraying to weed vegetable rows with 6 × 6 mm accuracy. Its flagship product, the AX-1, individually targets weeds, enabling up to a 95 % reduction in pesticide use while preserving or improving yields. Originating as a robotics project at Adigo Mechatronics in 2015, the company spun out independently in 2020 to tackle labour shortages, rising input costs, and regulatory pressure on chemical usage. Kilter has been commercially active since 2021 and now serves growers of carrots, onions, salad, and beets across Norway, Sweden, Germany, and the Netherlands, with broader international expansion underway. The firm pairs its hardware with software that supports sustainable, efficient field operations and positions itself as a driver of the transition to a more sustainable food system. Backed by both strategic and financial investors, Kilter is now scaling production and distribution while preparing for a forthcoming Series B raise. Its recent capital injection strengthens its balance sheet and brings industrial know-how from global machinery leader Kubota.

  • Irrigreen

    Participated · Series A · Apr 2025

Irrigreen develops robotic sprinkler heads and precision irrigation systems that digitally map lawns, use real-time weather analysis, and apply water only where and when needed. Its product suite includes Smart Controller 3 and an AI-powered quoting tool that uses satellite imagery to generate instant system designs and estimated water bill savings. The company holds more than eight patents in precision spray technology and says its systems use approximately 50% less water, have saved over 350 million gallons to date, and that five Irrigreen heads can replace a forty-head traditional system. Irrigreen sells through more than 300 installation partners across nearly every U.S. state and targets the 80+ million residential lawns in the U.S. The new funds will support research and product development to expand its high-tech, eco-friendly solutions and reduce inefficient irrigation's environmental and financial impact. Irrigreen is based in San Francisco, California and Edina, Minnesota. Irrigreen develops robotic irrigation and sprinkler systems that map individual heads to precisely irrigate landscapes, reducing outdoor water usage. The systems are controlled via a mobile app, and the company has launched an enhanced web design tool that lets homeowners map sprinkler layouts and see projected water savings in seconds. Led by CEO Shane Dyer, Irrigreen serves homeowners nationally, including California, Texas, Florida, Colorado, and Utah. The company is based in San Francisco, CA and Edina, MN. Irrigreen raised $15M in Seed funding and intends to use the proceeds for continued product innovation and its commercial launch. The product positioning emphasizes water savings and simplified design for residential landscaping.

  • constellr

    Participated · Seed · Nov 2022

constellr operates a space-based platform that captures high-resolution thermal infrared data, adding a behavioural insight layer to traditional radar and optical imaging for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR). The company’s technology enables earlier detection and independent verification of activity in contested or deceptive environments, exemplified by recent monitoring of maritime movements near Russia’s Rybachiy nuclear submarine base. As the only proven operational provider of such data in the European Union, constellr supplies defence and security forces with the ability to uncover hidden operations, track non-cooperative assets and anticipate deployments. Funding is being directed toward expanding its satellite constellation to provide broader global coverage and to build next-generation platforms capable of sub-5-metre resolution. The firm also aims to ensure secure, sovereign control over intelligence for European and allied customers, elevating its system to full defence-grade performance. Including the latest raise, constellr has secured a total of €75 million in funding to date.
