Ideem rethinks how users complete payments by delivering invisible two-factor authentication that keeps users inside merchant apps. Its Zero-Trust Secure Module (ZSM) cryptographically binds to the device to protect against account takeovers while giving payment services visibility and control. Ideem offers a drop-in SDK that works across browsers and native apps and requires no user interaction, permissions, or extra steps. The product aims to reduce friction, fraud, and costs associated with SMS OTPs, authenticator apps, and tokenized auto-pay systems. Invary develops Runtime Integrity solutions that continuously measure and verify system behavior at runtime to protect against tampering, persistence, and hidden threats. Its patented technology is exclusively licensed from the U.S. National Security Agency and was researched in part under a CRADA with the NSA's Trusted Mechanisms group. The product suite covers Linux and Windows kernel Runtime Integrity, an upcoming eBPF Runtime Integrity offering, and attestation for Trusted Execution Environments such as AMD SEV-SNP. Invary's solutions are already deployed in high-assurance federal environments and are being adopted by commercial partners and customers. The company integrates its technology into partner offerings (for example Vibrint's HPC and Zero Trust solutions) and is positioned to extend federal-grade confidentiality to the commercial market. The recent seed funding will accelerate launches of the Windows Kernel and eBPF Runtime Integrity products. Invary develops operating system runtime validation and security technology that detects threats missed by other foundational defenses such as XDR, SIEM and CNAPP platforms. Its flagship offering, Runtime Integrity, is designed to expose malware, ransomware and other hidden, high-impact threats in operating systems before they cause downtime or broaden an attack’s blast radius. The technology is based on an IP grant from the NSA and has been deployed in real-world critical infrastructure. Invary offers a free Runtime Integrity Score (RISe) service to allow customers to spot-check system integrity and identify hidden malware. The company plans to use new funding to accelerate the launch of its Runtime Integrity offering, enhance its technology, and expand its reach in preventing data breaches and ransomware attacks.
