The company has roughly 12 employees and about 40 major local production and retail clients, with first customers in Spain including NH Hotel Group. Biodit was founded in 2010 in Spain; the founder Julian Sofroniev moved the company to Bulgaria in 2012. Financially, the company reported €80K revenue in 2017, expects about €200K this year, plans to grow 100% annually and target €1M in 2020, and aims to reach break-even in late 2019. Management is pursuing European expansion (Spain, UK and Scandinavia) and preparing an IPO on the Sofia bourse.

The company raised an undisclosed seed funding round backed by new investor GroupArgent and other institutional and angel investors. Properati plans to use the funds to continue its pan-regional expansion, with particular focus on the Brazilian market. In Brazil it will hire local staff to grow its realtor and user bases.
