NitroSecurity provides security information and event management (SIEM) solutions designed to give analysts more effective tools to defend data. Based in Portsmouth, NH, it serves more than 500 organizations across energy, healthcare, education, financial services, government, retail, hospitality and managed services. The company acquired the security business of LogMatrix and plans to integrate LogMatrix’s risk-based assessment and correlation technologies into its SIEM product family. NitroSecurity intends to evolve its SIEM offerings and use new capital to fund future acquisitions. It is increasing domestic investments in federal, healthcare and critical infrastructure markets while expanding internationally across EMEA, Asia Pacific and Latin America. Financially, the company secured $6M in Series B funding to support these growth and product initiatives.
