  • Kepplair

    Participated · Equity · Mar 2026

Founded in Paris in 2012 and relocated to Toulouse in September 2025, Kepplair Evolution develops conversions that turn ATR 72 regional airliners into multirole water-bomber aircraft. The company plans its first prototype conversion to be completed at Aerotec Blagnac with delivery to the hangars expected on 1 July 2026 and a target for the first operational aircraft in the 2027 fire season. Kepplair argues the ATR 72 is well suited for conversion because of its robustness, operational economy, and availability on the secondhand market, allowing potentially hundreds of conversions over time. Management targets a global market of roughly 300 water-bomber aircraft by 2040 and has secured a letter of intent from airline Amelia for two conversions. Financially, Kepplair has raised €3 million via ORA and €2 million in a pre-Series A, recently secured €5 million of public funding, and is negotiating a further €20 million, which together could mobilize nearly €30 million for the program. The company aims to serve state operators across Europe, North America and Australia as well as private operators.

  • Desk

    Participated · Equity · Feb 2026

Founded in 2021 out of CentraleSupélec and now based in Montpellier, Desk provides subscription software that streamlines both the customer-side booking experience and the operator-side back-office tasks for coworking spaces. The platform lets users reserve desks, manage usage credits and handle payments, while offering operators tools for reservations, contract management, invoicing and access-control synchronisation. Since a 2024 pivot from a pure marketplace model to software, the company derives recurring revenue from its SaaS product and continues to list coworking locations, currently numbering 200 with a target of 1,000 next year. Desk is integrating advanced AI features to further automate sales and operations for space managers. International expansion is planned, with a French-language version aimed at Belgium and Switzerland by 2026 and an English version targeting the UK next year. The six-person team intends to hire four additional employees, primarily in sales and technical roles, to support this growth trajectory.

  • CVasThera

    Participated · Equity · Mar 2021

CVasThera develops novel therapies targeting cardiovascular and bowel pathologies, and holds an exclusive global license for two patents arising from joint research with INSERM, the École des Mines d’Albi and the GALA platform. The company’s lead candidate, CVT120165, is being developed for Crohn’s disease; safety data from a 2008 Phase I study in healthy volunteers is already available from a different indication. CVasThera plans to proceed directly to a pilot Phase II trial in Crohn’s patients in 2022. The company is led by CEO and co-founder Bruno Le Grand and is based in Toulouse, France. It intends to use the newly raised funds to support clinical-stage trials, recruit additional team members and advance pharmaceutical R&D work.
