- Rift Dynamics
Led · Equity · Dec 2025
Rift Dynamics develops and manufactures drones, and is positioning its systems for defense sector customers. The company has recently entered strategic partnerships with Ondas Holdings and Norwegian ammunition group Nammo to market and sell its drones to U.S. defense buyers. Founder and CEO Knut Roar Wiig previously built and listed Nordic Unmanned, bringing relevant industry and capital-markets experience. Financially, Rift Dynamics had previously secured NOK 2.5 million in venture backing and non-dilutive support from Innovasjon Norge before its latest round. The most recent transaction reportedly prices the business at about NOK 67 million. Looking ahead, management projects 2025 revenue of roughly NOK 15 million with an operating profit near NOK 1.5 million, indicating a pathway toward profitability. The new capital and partnerships are expected to accelerate product development and international sales efforts, particularly in the U.S. defense market.
- Safe Pro Group
Led · Equity · Nov 2025
Safe Pro Group operates three divisions—Safe Pro AI, Airborne Response, and Safe Pro USA—focused respectively on AI-driven threat detection, autonomous drone services, and advanced ballistic armor. Its SpotlightAI and SPOTD NODE systems analyze imagery locally, having been trained on more than two million drone images collected from real-world missions in Ukraine, and are being embedded into Red Cat’s Black Widow and other U.S. Army-contracted drones. SpotlightAI research presented with Norwegian People’s Aid suggests the platform can boost demining productivity by over 800 percent and cut survey costs by roughly 50 percent. Airborne Response is executing autonomous power-line inspections for a major U.S. utility and expanding a Drone as a First Responder program with a South Florida police department. Safe Pro USA is pursuing NIJ 0101.07 certification for its ultralight body armor and testing rifle-resistant vehicle armor kits while working toward ISO 9001 accreditation. The Aventura-based company says the new capital and strategic partnerships will accelerate commercialization across defense, infrastructure, and humanitarian markets. With more than $20 million in fresh funding—including a $14 million equity infusion—Safe Pro has strengthened its balance sheet to support global scaling of its technology portfolio.
