  Multivoice develops personal wireless intercom devices for teams working in rigorous environments. Its first product, the MV900 Wireless Mesh-Network Intercom, enables up to eight co-workers to talk simultaneously on a secure, hands-free wireless network at distances of up to one mile without a base station, and supports an unlimited number of listeners. The MV900 lets listeners become speakers as previous speakers drop into listen-only mode. The company has begun testing an accessory to share MV900 communications with P25 radio users, augmenting two-way radio functionality. Multivoice intends to use recent proceeds for research and development, expanded sales and marketing, and general operations. As of the article the company had raised seed funding and prior friends-and-family and angel capital.
