Waste4Change operates an end-to-end waste management business focused on sustainability and zero-waste outcomes, combining collection, material recovery facilities and digital monitoring. The company manages more than 8,000 tons of waste per year, serves about 100 B2B clients and over 3,500 households across 21 Indonesian cities, and has grown at a 55.1% CAGR since 2017. It employs 108 staff and 141 waste management operators, with plans to add 52 employees and work with 300 informal waste collectors and SMEs. Product offerings include pick-up or drop-off services, a Send Your Waste app for consumer drop-offs and rewards, a Waste Credit incentive program, and a platform to help recycling partners trade solid waste. Waste4Change emphasizes digital integration to monitor the waste journey, automate material recovery facilities and improve traceability and reporting for customers. The company was founded in 2014 by CEO Mohamad Bijaksana Junerosano, an environmental engineer with 16 years of experience in the solid waste sector.
