  • Hark

    Led · Series A · May 2026

Hark is an ambitious AI startup developing what it calls the world's most advanced personal intelligence platform. The company is building a suite of custom native hardware devices paired with end-to-end speech, text, and vision models and deeply personalized memory systems. The goal is to create an AI that thinks like you — and sometimes ahead of you — to offload mental workload and handle tasks autonomously. Unlike general-purpose AI tools, Hark's systems are multimodal, built from scratch, and designed to interact with the world the way humans do: listening, speaking, seeing, remembering, and taking action. Currently in beta, Hark envisions bringing this kind of super-intelligence to everyone, freeing people to focus on meaningful work, creativity, and the people they care about.

In 2023 it completed a €100 million Series B that included investors such as Temasek, the EIC Fund, Saudi Aramco, Daphni and Isai. In the most recent raise it obtained at least €340 million, with a €170 million tranche from industrial and strategic partners including Parkway Venture Capital, Quanta Computer, LG Electronics, and CMA CGM. Pasqal says the new capital will support its development and prepare it for a Nasdaq IPO via a SPAC, with an additional plan to list in Paris the next year. The company’s financial position and investor mix reflect a combination of industrial strategic partners and prior venture/institutional supporters.

  • Figure

    Led · Series C · Sep 2025

Founded in 2022 by serial entrepreneur Brett Adcock, Figure is developing the Figure 01 bipedal humanoid robot aimed at performing repetitive, labor-intensive tasks in warehouses and factories. The company hit its self-imposed milestone of achieving a walking prototype within a year and recently demonstrated the robot operating at roughly 16.7% of human speed while carrying a warehouse tote. Figure is pursuing "general-purpose" capability by integrating large language models that enable natural language command and reasoning, a goal it is advancing through a new partnership with OpenAI. Microsoft is providing Azure infrastructure for training and storage, and the startup has already secured a deployment agreement with BMW. The 80-person firm plans to scale headcount and accelerate go-to-market efforts with its fresh capital. Financially, Adcock initially bootstrapped the company with $100 million, followed by a $70 million Series A in May 2023. Its latest $675 million Series B values Figure at $2.6 billion post-money, underscoring significant investor confidence in its vision of commercial humanoid robotics.

The company said full availability of the platform will come in the fourth quarter and that it anticipates several million in sales by the end of the year. Persefoni positions itself against consumer and enterprise alternatives such as Klima, Salesforce Sustainability Cloud and SAP’s Climate 21 products, viewing some as competitors and others as potential partners. The platform emphasizes serving clients that are already serious about sustainability and meeting institutional investor demand for annual sustainability reports.
