Radley Health operates a peer-driven behavioral health model that leverages certified peer support specialists—individuals with lived experience in recovery—to provide ongoing engagement, mentorship, and support for adults with serious mental illness. The company has built one of the largest peer support networks in its region, with more than 450 certified peer support specialists operating across 70+ counties in Ohio and established partnerships with behavioral health and community organizations such as Talbert House, Mercy Health, and the University of Cincinnati Mobile Crisis Unit. Radley aims to integrate peer services with clinical care to improve outcomes, reduce hospitalizations, and lower total cost of care for Medicaid populations while addressing access gaps in Mental Health Professional Shortage Areas. Radley is expanding geographically, preparing to launch operations in Georgia where it has recruited 50 peer specialists through a partnership with the Georgia Mental Health Consumer Network. The company plans to deepen provider and community partnerships and enhance its technology platform to support scalable, data-driven care delivery. Radley is based in Cincinnati and recently closed a $3 million seed round to fund this growth.
