The platform answers natural language queries with fully sourced responses drawn from official documentation to support safety, compliance and operational decision-making. Overwatch AI is already deployed in live flight operations across multiple airlines and handles more than 30,000 flights per month. The company was founded in 2025 by former airline pilot Leo Kotil and technology entrepreneur Nikita Kaeshko. With the $1.5 million pre-seed round, the startup plans to expand its team, enhance operational capabilities, and support additional airline deployments in the months ahead.
