  MID develops and manufactures space-grade electronic components and operates a consulting business for space product assurance, leveraging its Component Procurement & Provision Activity (CPPA) platform. The company localized a hermetically sealed ceramic-package 16Mbit SRAM designated as a ‘Space New Technology’ and installed on a technology validation satellite launched on the Nuri rocket. It is developing a non-hermetic epoxy-molding high-capacity NAND flash (128Gbit or more) intended for the ultra-small satellite DaejeonSat to be launched on the fifth Nuri mission. MID plans to build a 6,600-square-meter advanced packaging line in Daejeon and to scale mass-production processes for HTCC ceramic packages. The company reported revenue rising from about KRW 1.9 billion in 2021 to roughly KRW 12.4 billion last year and aims to expand into commercial and defense markets while establishing production for ceramic components used in semiconductor test equipment by 2029.
