Beyond The Box operates an AI-driven platform that matches professionals to short remote lessons (20 or 40 minutes) to solve specific work problems. Users describe their needs in natural language and the algorithm translates the request and selects suitable experts from thousands of professionals. Subscriptions start at €35 per month, allowing users to ask unlimited questions without paying per session. The startup was co-founded in 2019 and is led by co-founder and CEO Aleksandra Maravic. Beyond The Box aims to reduce skills mismatch by enabling fast, on-demand access to targeted expertise and training. As part of its growth plans, the company will integrate high-level programs from Polimi Graduate School of Management into its offering and invest in improving its technology to reach more professionals and enterprises.
