Neighbourlytics is an urbantech analytics platform that combines digital data on social activity and behavior with advanced analytics and design expertise to generate actionable insights about neighborhoods and assets. The platform provides social and behavioral insights and benchmarking data used by more than 100 leading property developers across 12 countries. Neighbourlytics plans to use the new capital to hire across product development, sales, and marketing and to enhance automation and advanced analytics models, including deeper metrics that capture social sustainability. Co‑CEO Jessica Christiansen‑Frank described the raise as a launchpad for global expansion and recognition of the company’s maturation. The company was founded by Jessica Christiansen‑Franks and Lucinda Hartley and currently has 22 staff across Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. To date the business has raised a total of $3.5 million.
