CIEL HR Services operates in the human resources services sector, offering staffing and related HR solutions under its Chennai-headquartered platform. The company has been positioning itself for a public listing and filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI in 2025. To strengthen its balance sheet ahead of the IPO, it completed a ₹30 crore pre-IPO placement that reduces the primary portion of its forthcoming IPO by the same amount. Following this adjustment, the fresh issue is expected to total up to ₹329 crore, supplemented by an Offer for Sale of up to 47,39,336 equity shares from existing shareholders. The placement was priced at ₹110 per share, implying a ₹108 share premium over face value and reflecting investor confidence in the company’s growth prospects. Promoters of the business include K. Pandiarajan, Hemalatha Rajan, Aditya Narayana Mishra, Santhosh Kumar Nair and D. Rajiv Krishnan. The capital raised will support expansion and operational initiatives as the company moves toward its IPO.
