Prosus is the international internet assets division of Naspers. The global investment group is the largest consumer internet company in Europe, and among the largest technology investors in the world, operating across a variety of platforms and geographies. Prosus is a unique blend of venture capital and operating company that funds, acquires, builds and scales technology businesses. It combines venture capital investing with deep operational experience in the Americas, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The company has meaningful investments in Tencent, Mail.ru, Ctrip.com International Limited, and DeliveryHero. Prosus has a primary listing on Euronext Amsterdam (AEX:PRX) and a secondary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (XJSE:PRX), and is majority owned by Naspers.

In the financial year ended March 2026, Navi reported revenue of ₹30.91 billion (~$323.33 million) and a net loss of ₹4.66 billion (~$48.74 million), while stating it reached consolidated profitability in Q4 of fiscal 2026. Its app processed over 947 million UPI transactions valued at ₹483.18 billion (~$5.05 billion) in July, and Navi Finserv holds more than ₹130 billion (~$1.4 billion) in assets under management. The company serves hundreds of millions of users across India and has been preparing for an initial public offering while pursuing external institutional capital.

CuspAI builds AI systems that search for and design new materials tailored to specified properties, serving customers including ASML and Meta. The company counts AI researchers Yann LeCun and Geoffrey Hinton as advisers. It plans to expand geographically across the US, APAC and Europe and to deploy an “AI Materials Foundry,” a global network of data, labs, compute and scientific expertise with founding partners such as Nvidia, Meta, Samsung and Hyundai and more than 40 other companies. Financially, CuspAI is a two-year-old startup that has raised over $670M to date, including a $450M Series B that values it at $2.6B. The firm says its platform addresses materials discovery bottlenecks across industries including energy, semiconductors, manufacturing, water treatment and carbon capture.

Alan is a French digital health insurer offering 100% online health insurance and has positioned itself as aiming to become the "Revolut de la santé." The company celebrated its tenth anniversary around the time of the fundraise. Alan reported 53% year-over-year growth in the first quarter. Following the financing its valuation increased to €5.5 billion, up from €5 billion in the prior valuation. The company recently announced a separate €100 million transaction and added high-profile investors to its cap table, including Kylian Mbappé as an investor and Prosus as a lead in the latest round. CEO Jean-Charles Samuelian indicated the business did not strictly need cash when raising the new financing.

Mevo operates a digital-prescription platform focused on popularizing electronic prescriptions through B2B channels, with hospitals as its principal clients. The company is present in about 1,100 hospital units including Rede D'Or, Hospital Sírio-Libanês and Beneficência Portuguesa, and expects hospitals and clinics to generate 50 million prescriptions this year versus 35 million last year. Mevo serves 130 municipal health secretariats and reports that more than 1.4 million SUS patients have used its digital prescriptions. After acquiring competitor Receita Digital, Mevo doubled its number of doctors on the platform to about 100,000 active physicians — roughly 15% of professionals in the country — and estimates reach across all channels of about 15 million patients. Its primary monetization is Mevo Shop, a marketplace connecting prescriptions to 1,600 points of sale including partner chains and its own Mevo Farma, and it also sells exposure to pharmaceutical companies (20 labs currently paying and about 40 in negotiation). The company does not disclose its revenue.
