It completed a $60 million equity financing to facilitate its growth strategy and strengthen its managed services capabilities. Leadership states the capital will enable Interface to stay ahead of the technology curve and further solidify its position as a technology partner for distributed enterprises.

The company serves many of North America’s recognized retailers, hospitality and restaurant customers and operates two UL Approved 5-Diamond CSAA Certified Secure Operations Centers and a nationwide service delivery infrastructure. Headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri and Plano, Texas, Interface reported record growth, recurring monthly revenue and a significant pipeline of new projects. Management said the company will use the new capital to increase sales and marketing, expand into new vertical markets, invest in new technologies and develop additional managed services. The transaction also materially improved the balance sheet and cash flows, enabling accelerated growth and expansion. Interface is a portfolio company of SunTx Capital Partners.
