  Paywallet is a payroll-linked verification and remittance ecosystem that offers a full life-cycle payroll-linked SaaS platform with easy-to-integrate APIs for lenders and fintech partners. Its platform lets borrowers control sharing of employment, financial records and identity data for credit decisioning. Lenders can verify employment and bank information and establish payroll-driven remittance instructions to support lending and payment products. Paywallet positions payroll as a secure payment option for leases, loans and BNPL transactions and aims to expand access to consumers who rely on verified income. The company plans to use new funding to expand sales and marketing, build partnerships, extend coverage to 95% of addressable end customers/users, initiate international growth and bring scalable decentralized (blockchain/web3) applications to lending. Paywallet was incubated by PruVista Capital LLC and is led by CEO D.K. Sharma, who previously served as CIO of Citigroup International and led payroll-linked lending technology development.
