Ei Solutions builds software that simplifies and automates EU-taxonomy due diligence for commercial real estate owners, aiming to reduce risk and increase properties' green potential. The company has seen strong market traction and customer adoption, which it cites as validation of its industry-specific approach. Ei Solutions reported over €260k in revenue in 2024 and expects ARR of just over €430k by September, representing 733% growth since December 2023. In 2024 it completed a €1.2M funding package composed of two investment tranches, customer revenue, and support from Innovation Norway (including grants and startup loans). Management says the larger tranche closed in July after an earlier phase that concluded before Christmas and that they turned down interested investors during the first phase. Ei Solutions is onboarding new customers this fall, preparing a major product launch, and undergoing a complete rebranding as it moves beyond the pre-seed phase.
