Contabilizei automates accounting services and focuses on company formation and CNPJ management for micro and small entrepreneurs and self‑employed professionals. The company combines technology with the expertise of more than 1,200 specialists to deliver accounting services, free company formation, business checking accounts, and health and wellness benefits for entrepreneurs. It serves more than 50,000 clients and reported total revenue exceeding R$300 million while operating at break‑even. Led by CEO Vitor Torres, Contabilizei intends to use the new capital to further enhance its next phase of growth. The product and service set is aimed at simplifying formalization and ongoing accounting for small businesses and independent workers in Brazil. Contabilizei is a Brazilian digital accounting platform that offers accounting and company-formation services to small entrepreneurs and self-employed professionals. Since launching in 2013 as a digital-only service, it has expanded to provide customer support via WhatsApp, phone, chat, email and exclusive advisors, and has opened two physical stores in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. Its product portfolio now extends beyond core accounting to include PJ checking accounts, accounts-payable/receivable management, billing systems and health-plan advisory for entrepreneurs, families and employees. The company serves more than 30,000 clients across over 50 municipalities in Brazil and employs over 900 people. Contabilizei plans to use the new investment to accelerate development of customer-facing solutions, broaden its service offerings and pursue an aggressive hiring plan across operations, marketing and engineering. The firm positions itself as a full-service partner to simplify financial and administrative tasks for small businesses and professionals. Contabilizei offers an automated tax accounting and filing platform that reduces the cost and friction of tax reporting for small companies in Brazil. The company provides services including automated bookkeeping, tax filing, and free business registration and formation filings for new companies. It reports more than 10,000 customers, about 200 employees, and has helped complete paperwork for 5,000 new businesses. Contabilizei has audited over 2 billion reals in customer revenue and says it has saved users more than 500 million reals in taxes. The company cites customer satisfaction above 98 percent and says it has turned down acquisition offers while planning to eventually consider an IPO in U.S. or domestic markets. Leadership aims to grow the business roughly 15x over the next three years as it expands services and market reach.
