The company combines AI with industry expertise and partners with nearly 200 companies across 70 countries, including 26 early-adopter clients. VRIFY employs a team of over 100 geoscientists, data scientists, developers, and industry professionals. Led by CEO and Founder Steve de Jong, the company is focused on accelerating industry-wide adoption of its platform. To support that goal it recently closed a Series B financing. The funds are intended to accelerate adoption of VRIFY's platform across the mining industry. Vrify offers 3D visualization technologies and 360-degree virtual tours to help mining companies communicate project details to investors. The platform includes interactive features that facilitate meaningful dialogue and ensure non-technical stakeholders can get up to speed quickly. Led by founder and CEO Steve de Jong, the company serves over 130 clients across 70 countries, including Southern Cross Gold, Teck, and Kinross Gold. Vrify raised $6M in a Series A round.     Elim Mining Incorporated is a private copper exploration and development company building a scalable, multi‑phase porphyry copper project on private land in Arizona. The company is initially focused on resource development of the Cactus Mine (a re‑start of the former Sacaton mine) and exploration of the Parks/Salyer property, with work feeding into a Preliminary Economic Assessment on Cactus West and Cactus East expected in Q2 2021. Management is led by mining executives with an aggregate of over 210 years of experience. Elim recently closed the first tranche of a non‑brokered private placement to raise $3,811,620.60 by issuing 12,705,402 common shares at $0.30 per share to fund drilling, technical studies, land acquisitions and working capital. A technical consortium of Samuel Engineering and Q&D is expected to close a second tranche in January 2021, and $1,900,000 of fees for the Stockpile Project will be satisfied by issuing 6,333,333 common shares. The company intends to optimize potential mining, processing and personnel synergies between the Stockpile Project and the Cactus Mine as it advances development.

    Adventus Zinc is a recently formed company focused on zinc exploration in Ireland and Eastern Canada, holding a large license portfolio that includes the Rathkeale and Lismore projects in Ireland and the Buchans Project in Newfoundland. The company acquired an extensive portfolio of zinc exploration projects from Altius and its subsidiaries and intends to pursue acquisition of advanced zinc projects, maintaining a database of targets for acquisition over the next 6–12 months. Adventus Zinc plans to spend proceeds from its financings on work programs at Buchans, Rathkeale and Lismore, as well as on general corporate purposes and working capital. Management and technical support are to be provided in part via an interim services agreement with Altius, and the company has applied to list its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange. Operationally the company has issued options (2.25M shares exercisable at $0.25, expiring in five years, vesting over three years) to management, directors and its Irish exploration team.
