Its modular, pay-per-use system can deploy in as little as 1,000 square feet and the company says customers can achieve ROI in under 12 months. In about 22 months of commercial activity, UNIT is working with customers including Barrett, ShipCalm, DaVinci, and Carter, and reports a growing pipeline of enterprise brands and 3PLs whose networks collectively ship billions of inventory units annually. The company emphasizes rapid, low-infrastructure deployments that do not require facility redesign, targeting regional warehouses, micro-fulfillment centers, and back-of-store operations. UNIT was founded by warehouse automation veterans Guy Glass and Avihou Barkay and announced the financing from its San Francisco headquarters to scale deployments and product innovation across North America.

The platform integrates LLMs, reasoning and agentic workflows, and connects to industrial data via Microsoft Fabric and OneLake while using Azure-hosted models and an industrial knowledge graph. Founded in 2024 and based in Berkeley, California, the company has a 12-person team drawn from Microsoft, Amazon, Meta/Facebook and Berkeley AI Research. Financially, IntuigenceAI announced a $10M seed round to support commercial deployment and product expansion.

Global revenue is running above 100% year-on-year. BuildPass faces established competitors in the US including Procure and Autodesk’s Construction Cloud. The company is using new capital—equity seed funding and venture debt—to hire in the US and scale its go-to-market efforts.

    Dono is an AI-driven property records intelligence company headquartered in Tel Aviv, with additional offices in Palm Beach, Florida. Its modular platform ingests fragmented county documents and, through software plus human verification, delivers verified ownership data to customers through both a user interface and an API. The system currently covers more than 700 counties across the United States, giving real-estate professionals broad geographic reach. Dono targets the title-insurance market today but plans to expand to lenders, mortgage servicers, and real-estate investment firms. Newly raised capital will fund further county-level infrastructure build-out and enhance automation and efficiency while maintaining data accuracy. The company has secured $10.2 million in total funding to date, including the latest seed round. Co-founders include CEO Tali Gross, COO Eyal Stern, and CTO Ron Likvornik.
