  Easy Eat AI offers an operating system that digitizes all parts of a restaurant business, from inventory and customer orders to delivery, and provides AI-based analytics to boost revenue. Its consumer interface uses QR-code ordering that takes customers to an online menu, captures mobile numbers for accounts, and enables payments and loyalty programs. The company also operates its own delivery infrastructure with on-demand riders that cost about 4% per order versus the 20%–30% charged by many large delivery platforms. Easy Eat AI says that after 30–45 days restaurants can build customer databases for targeted marketing; it analyzed 100,000 orders across more than 50 restaurants over six months and found digital orders produce about 30% higher spend. Clients include Richiamo Coffee, Mr. Fish Fishhead Noodles, WTF Group and Hailam Toast. The company currently operates in Malaysia and plans expansion into other Southeast Asian markets. Easy Eat offers a web-based app that digitizes customer-facing restaurant interactions, from menu browsing and ordering to tracking payments, and automatically generates sales and daily business reports. Its AI suggests customizations based on user preferences and history, and the platform rewards loyalty while learning from increased usage. The product is currently in private beta and the company has signed up tens of restaurants for launch. With the new funding, Easy Eat plans to further develop its AI capabilities, build partnerships, and launch the product in May. The startup operates offices in Malaysia and India and intends to expand across Southeast Asia—Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines—this year. The CEO expects the company to be profitable within about a year.
