Arthrosi Therapeutics, headquartered in San Diego, is focused on bringing its lead candidate pozdeutinurad (AR882) to market for the treatment of gout and tophaceous gout. Pozdeutinurad is designed as a next-generation, highly potent and selective URAT1 inhibitor that has already demonstrated superior serum urate reduction and complete tophi resolution in Phase 2b studies.
