Its systems integrate with e-commerce sites so consumers can customize delivery schedules at checkout, and the company develops warehouse automation, time-window scheduling and routing integrations. Paack says it delivers several million orders per month for about 150 international clients, processes 10,000 parcels per hour per site, and counts 17 of the largest e-commerce retailers in Spain among its customers. The company was founded by Fernando Benito, Xavier Rosales and Suraj Shirvankar, and CEO Benito emphasizes a short-term vision to lead sustainable e-commerce delivery in Europe. Paack aims to deliver parcels at carbon net-zero using electric last-mile vehicles and is seeking certification with The Carbon Trust and the United Nations. The company currently covers seven countries—U.K., France, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Italy and Spain—with plans to launch in Sweden, Denmark and Poland later this year, targeting 30 warehouse locations across 10 countries. Byrd’s platform helps merchants connect, manage and analyze shipments and returns across channels and already fulfills a significant volume of Amazon orders for customers. The company offers APIs to integrate merchants' storefronts and marketplaces and taps shipping partners such as UPS, DHL, Amazon and postNL to route orders. Byrd also enables customizable packaging and options for more sustainable delivery so brands can preserve their customer experience. Revenues are up 300% year-over-year and the company handles “hundreds of thousands of parcels per month.” Byrd plans to expand into five additional markets across eastern, northern and southern Europe and will bring B2B capabilities online in the coming months. byrd operates a tech-driven fulfillment platform that integrates with leading e-commerce systems such as Shopify and connects merchants to qualified logistics partners and partner warehouses internationally. The startup completed a test phase for businesses and is already shipping a four-digit number of parcels per month. The app initially launched in inner Vienna (districts 1–9, 20) with city-wide expansion and expansion into other cities underway, including plans to expand into Germany.
