LTV’s brand portfolio includes Ownerly, Bumper, BeenVerified, PeopleSmart and NeighborWho. Founded in 2007 by Josh Levy and Ross Cohen and bootstrapped to date, the company serves over 30 million monthly visitors, has millions of subscribers and a global team of roughly 150 employees. The company plans to use new capital to enhance its data capabilities, expand the team, and invest in additional marketing and partnership opportunities. LTV also intends to incubate and market new products, enrich datasets and improve user experience while broadening channels to reach more customers.

Riviera Partners is a global executive search company that places executive talent in software engineering, product management, and design. Led by CEO Will Hunsinger and based in San Francisco, the firm combines recruiting expertise with a proprietary platform that uses machine learning to score and predict the best candidates for a company's needs. It serves private and public companies at all growth stages and has completed thousands of searches for customers including Bumble, GoFundMe, Uber, Upwork, Snowflake, Figma, Roblox, and Discord. Riviera received an investment from Insight Partners and intends to use the funds to scale into new markets and geographies. The size and instrument of the investment were not disclosed. The company will continue to operate independently and deliver service to its customers. Riviera Partners provides retained executive search and placement services focused on engineering, product management and design, combining recruiter expertise with its Sutro™ proprietary recruiting platform. Sutro uses machine learning to score and predict the best candidates for an organization’s specific needs across major tech geographies. The company is led by CEO Will Hunsinger and works regularly with venture capital, private equity and growth equity firms as well as CEOs of growing companies. Riviera has completed thousands of searches for clients including Asana, Dropbox, GitHub, DoorDash, Hulu, Pinterest and Uber, and now has over 90 team members nationwide. The firm is pursuing geographic expansion and strategic acquisitions, and plans enhancements to its Sutro platform and to add expert staff. It recently closed a $25M minority investment to fund these growth initiatives.
