Hungri Games is an Istanbul- and Belfast-based mobile game studio founded in 2019, with a team of over 30 members specializing in Web3 gaming and hybrid genres. The studio focuses on titles that blend genres, notably Racing RPG and Action Strategy games. It raised USD1.9M in Seed funding at a USD23M valuation. The round was led by Bogazici Ventures with participation from Sebastien Borget, Roko Finance, Preston Labs, Triple Dragon, Erol Ozmandiraci, Oyunfor and Caglan Tanriverdi. The company plans to use the funds to expand its portfolio and continue development on multiple titles. Among its projects is Metahorse Unity, a Racing RPG that combines horse racing with deep RPG elements and will introduce a free-to-play monetisation model.
