Henry reports that more than 20% of its customers have reduced staffing requirements as a direct result of the platform. The company launched Henry Deal to turn firms' institutional memory into deliverables across the full lifecycle of a transaction. Henry plans to use new capital to expand engineering and product teams and build the system-of-record capabilities described in the Henry Deal launch. Adam Pratt and Sammy Greenwall are co-founders and the company announced significant enterprise traction in the press release.
