  Boozt.com operates an online fashion marketplace offering more than 300 brands of clothing, shoes and accessories. The company also provides end-to-end e-commerce solutions for brands such as ECCO and Day Birger & Mikkelsen, handling front-end, back-end, logistics, warehousing, payments and customer service. Led by CEO Hermann Haraldsson, Boozt.com is headquartered in Malmö with approximately 140 employees at its headquarters and about 100 at its warehouse in Ängelholm. The company raised DKK200m in funding and intends to use the proceeds to continue growing operations. Ownership after the round includes Sunstone Capital, Verdane Capital VII, ECCO Holding, Sampension, Friheden Invest and the company’s management. The business focus remains on scaling its e-commerce platform and expanding operational capacity. Boozt provides a hosted e-commerce platform for fashion brands, handling the entire process from purchase to delivery. The platform supports multiple languages, currencies and tax requirements so brands can outsource technical operations. Boozt takes a cut of revenue per order as its commercial model. The company says it is benefiting from a surge in online fashion shopping across the Nordics. Boozt was launched on 3 November 2007, is Malmö-based with a Danish CEO, Henrik Haagen, and now has 14 staff. It recently secured external financing to support its growth.
