Sandbox is a global community for young entrepreneurial people. It helps young, entrepreneurial, and passionate individuals who like to develop and build new things. Sandbox’s mission is to identify ambitious young people and to help them become global leaders by connecting them with peers and mentors. Its team includes entrepreneurs, designers, opera singers, investment bankers, academics, and more. Sandbox enables its users to find their professional peers in any field of expertise, in any region, and at any time; build up their social presence in the network and connect online as well as offline; communicate with members across borders and industries in a secure private environment; and receive updates about the network, follow other members, and share ideas of their own. Its platform has been clinically validated through research conducted at Mayo Clinic and was awarded Most Impactful New Technology by the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine. The company works with providers, payers, and employers to deliver patient-centered digital care solutions that improve access and adherence to evidence-based MSK care. Led by CEO Michael Gruner, Limber combines in-clinic services with digital tools to expand care reach and engagement. The company recently closed an $11M Series A and plans to use the funds to continue expanding and innovating its musculoskeletal platform and services. In connection with the financing, representatives from investors joined Limber's board.
