  • Cordant

    Participated · Seed · Jul 2026

Cordant provides a real-time command center that ingests signals from payment rails, bank accounts, ledgers, compliance and risk systems and normalizes them into a shared event model to show how transactions moved across an operating environment. The platform does not move or hold funds, replace core systems, or require centralized data; instead it detects control gaps, coordinates exception workflows, and produces audit-grade records of activity. Cordant developed its product with 11 design partners spanning payments, digital assets and traditional banking, with Bitso and Paxos serving as both design partners and investors. The company was founded by former Rapyd leaders who built and commercialized Rapyd's global infrastructure and say Cordant grew from the operational visibility challenges they encountered. Cordant will use its seed funding to bring the system into production and to activate private beta clients, and it is positioning itself as a prerequisite layer for institutions looking to deploy AI and new rails within regulated workflows.

  • Tangos

    Participated · Seed · Jul 2026

Founded in 2025 and based in Tel Aviv, Tangos builds an autonomous AI investigation platform for financial crime, sanctions, fraud and compliance investigations. The platform combines domain-trained AI systems, structured investigative workflows and auditability to evaluate evidence, test hypotheses, validate findings and produce regulator-ready case files. Tangos targets financial institutions, fintech companies, government agencies and intelligence organizations and is already supporting major customers in high-stakes investigations. The leadership team includes veterans from sanctions enforcement, intelligence and banking, including former officials from the U.S. Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control and senior Israeli intelligence leaders. Tangos positions its technology to expand investigative capacity, improve consistency and address shortages of experienced investigators.

  • Bluprynt

    Participated · Seed · Feb 2026

Bluprynt has built a compliance OS that unifies traditional financial-services regulations with blockchain-native transparency, enabling issuers, banks, stablecoin operators, and other institutions to meet supervisory standards without slowing transaction speed. The platform supplies core primitives for document and disclosure creation, verifiable issuer and asset identity, and policy infrastructure that governs token transactions at scale. Since launch, Bluprynt completed the EU’s first MiCA pilot in 2024 and debuted its Know Your Issuer (KYI) solution in 2025 through pilots with Paxos and Circle covering USDC and PYUSD. The company is now developing a multi-participant compliance stack with Chainlink, Apex, and Hacken under the Bermuda Monetary Authority and expects to be integrated into or piloting with additional regulators worldwide by year-end. Bluprynt counts major traditional-finance and crypto players among its design partners, reflecting growing institutional demand for on-chain compliance tools. Proceeds from its latest financing will accelerate product and engineering hiring, expand integrations across off-chain and on-chain ecosystems, and support global regulatory deployments. Financial metrics such as revenue or user counts were not disclosed, but the oversubscription of the recent seed round signals strong market interest in its solution.

  • Piere

    Participated · Seed · Oct 2025

Piere’s mobile and web platform plugs into users’ bank, Venmo, and CashApp accounts, then uses its proprietary MyPlan AI engine to analyse goals, habits, and blind spots and autonomously move money—shifting idle cash to higher-yield accounts, paying down high-interest debt, or investing when appropriate. The company pairs this direct-to-consumer app with white-label and co-branded solutions for banks, credit unions, insurers, and counselling organisations, positioning itself as underlying infrastructure for automated personal finance. In 2025 the startup tripled its user base and quadrupled paid subscribers, and users now open the app an average of four times per day. Current strategic partners include the National Foundation for Credit Counselling and Progressive Insurance, giving Piere access to large, financially diverse customer segments. Fresh capital will fund product development, additional engineering and growth hires, and deeper integrations with financial institutions as the firm pursues its goal of becoming the default financial operating system for Millennials and Gen Z. The female-founded company is led by CEO Yuval Shmul Shuminer alongside a lean team covering product, marketing, and engineering. To date the company has raised $2.1 million in outside capital.

  • Corbel

    Participated · Seed · Oct 2025

Corbel offers an AI-native Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) platform that ingests manufacturers’ proprietary product catalogs, technical specifications, pricing sheets, and historical communications to create a rich sales intelligence layer. Its AI agents surface optimal machine configurations, relevant upsells, and tailored financing options, shortening sales cycles and boosting conversion rates. Since rolling out its broader platform six months ago, Corbel has processed more than $60 million in quoting volume and facilitated $1.7 million in financing across 41 transactions, achieving approval rates above 90%. The system is already live with eight manufacturers in sectors such as metalworking, woodworking, and additive manufacturing. Founded in 2022, the company is expanding its engineering and go-to-market teams to scale deployments with additional OEM partners across North America. By replacing manual data entry and static PDFs with real-time AI guidance, Corbel aims to modernize a trillion-dollar industrial equipment market that still relies heavily on legacy tools.
