Roomless operates a premium housing rental platform focused on middle-to-long-term rentals. Founded in October 2019 by Riccardo Matteoni, Andrea Degli Innocenti, Andrea Primaverili and Francesco Martini, the company is based in Florence, Italy. Roomless currently operates in Italy, Germany and Spain and plans to enter Portugal and France by the end of the year. The company intends to use the funds to expand its team, develop its technology platform and support international growth. Roomless has set a turnover target for 2022 of over €1M.

Kaaja operates an online platform that runs real estate auctions for private individuals, focusing on buildings. Since launch the company has managed over 20 auctions on buildings in Rome and Milan involving over 100,000 clients who have booked approximately 600 visit appointments. The company was co-founded by Dario Cardile (CEO) and Paolo Castelletti (CMO). Kaaja intends to use the new funding to continue expanding operations and to grow its national reach through agents and partnerships with agencies. The round was led by Sensible Capital with participation from Club degli Investitori. After the financing Silvia Rovere, founder and CEO of Sensible Capital, was appointed Chairman of the Board, which also includes Paola Bruno and Maria Teresa Rangheri.
