- Datalogix
Participated · Series B · Apr 2013
Datalogix is a Westminster, CO–based platform that connects online advertising to in-store sales and provides core infrastructure for measuring offline sales lift. It enables brands to reach audiences of buyers across display, video, mobile and social while measuring the offline impact of digital campaigns. The company serves major consumer segments including Retail, CPG and Automotive. Led by CEO Eric Roza, Datalogix offers a suite of audience and measurement products. The company closed a $45M equity financing and intends to use the proceeds to expand adoption of its products. Datalogix previously closed a $25M Series B in April 2013. Datalogix aggregates offline purchase data from sources such as retailer loyalty cards and data brokers, anonymizes it into consumer profiles, and sells access to publishers and ad exchanges so they can target ads and measure ROI. Its data powers custom audiences and measurement for major publishers including Facebook, Google and Yahoo, and the company says its dataset covers almost every U.S. household and roughly $1 trillion in consumer spending. Datalogix has a flagship partnership with Facebook and counts scores of ad exchanges as customers. The company has grown rapidly: business has tripled over three years and was up 50% in the last year, and headcount rose to about 250 employees from 170 a year prior. Datalogix faces competitors such as Epsilon, Acxiom, and BlueKai. The company has begun geographic expansion, opened an office in London, and says it is looking at opportunities outside the U.S.
