Overview
Sequoia Capital Global Equities (SCGE) is a public/private crossover fund, with investments spanning from late-stage private companies to public companies. SCGE was founded in 2009 to expand Sequoia Capital’s technology investing efforts into the public markets and operates independently as a separate investment advisor under the Sequoia brand. SCGE currently manages over $13 billion with concentrated, long-term investments in companies across the global technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sectors. While public companies comprise the majority of SCGE’s portfolio, the team also invests in companies in pre-IPO crossover rounds, including alongside Sequoia Capital’s venture and growth funds. SCGE’s private portfolio includes emerging leaders in the United States, Brazil, China, India, Israel, Japan, and South Korea. As these private companies become public, SCGE often continues to be a long-term shareholder with additional investments at the IPO and beyond.

Rillet offers an AI-native ERP platform that integrates structured financial data into a real-time general ledger where AI agents can operate directly against accounting records while preserving audit trails and human approvals. The company positions its platform as a unified environment for humans and autonomous agents to share the same financial context, replacing legacy ERP systems and enabling continuous, real-time finance operations. Rillet reported rapid commercial traction with more than 600 customers and a recent doubling of new annual recurring revenue over a three-month period. Its customer base includes publicly traded companies and fast-growing tech businesses such as Mercor, Function Health and Temporal, and the platform is being used as a replacement for systems like Oracle Fusion, SAP, Workday, Microsoft Great Plains and NetSuite. Rillet is partnering with accounting and auditing firms—most notably an alliance with Ernst & Young announced in early 2026—and is an official partner of over half of the Accounting Today top 20 CPA firms to ensure controls, compliance and auditability. The company plans to expand its product, customer base and market reach to further develop its vision of agentic, real-time finance.
- Ayar Labs
Participated · Series E · Mar 2026
Headquartered in San Jose, CA, Ayar Labs builds co-packaged optics that move data between chips with light instead of copper, reducing power consumption while boosting bandwidth for AI infrastructure. Its flagship TeraPHY optical engine is manufactured in concert with leading semiconductor partners and is designed to slot directly into existing accelerator and switch designs. By replacing traditional electrical I/O with optical links, the technology delivers significant performance gains and cost savings in power-constrained environments. Following its latest financing, the company plans to ramp production and testing capacity, open and staff a new office in Hsinchu, Taiwan, and deepen ecosystem partnerships to speed customer deployments. Ayar Labs’ CPO solution is already qualified for industry-standard fab, manufacturing, and packaging flows, positioning it for broad adoption. The company has raised a cumulative $870 million to date, providing substantial capital to execute its global expansion and commercialization roadmap.
