In October 2022 the company launched Stayntouch 2.0, expanding its suite to include an end-to-end payments platform, a customizable booking engine, a channel manager, and enhanced chain-management capabilities. The platform includes a library of over 1,100 integrations and serves independent hotels, management companies, and hotel chains, with customers such as Sage Hospitality, HEI Hotels & Resorts, EOS Hospitality, Stoney Creek Hotels, Village Hotels, Pod Hotels, First Hotels, the TWA Hotel and Zoku Amsterdam. Founded in 2012 and acquired by MCR in 2020, Stayntouch has attracted significant investment to build its cloud software products. Since inception, over $200 million has been invested in the company's growth and product development. The company plans to use additional capital to expand its PMS and payments offerings, accelerate customer acquisition, and continue delivering customer service globally. StayNTouch provides cloud-based property management and mobile technology that lets hotels use tablets and smartphones to connect staff and guests, enhancing the guest experience and driving increased guest revenue. Its Zest™ solution enables guests to self check-in and out, view hotel folios, and receive upgrade promotions via their smartphones. Led by founder and CEO Jos Schaap, the company is deployed in select U.S. and European cities and has signed dozens of high-profile properties including MGM Resorts International, Yotel, Great Wolf Hotels and Resorts, Zoku Amsterdam, and the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Since its inception in 2013 the Bethesda, MD–based company has focused on cloud-native mobile PMS functionality. It closed a $9.5M funding round in March 2016 and intends to use the proceeds to build out its solutions worldwide. StayNTouch provides a cloud-based platform that manages all on-property touch points between hotel staff and guests, enabling check-in/out, service ordering, and staff communication via guests' smartphones. The company is led by CEO Jos Schaap and EVP Sales Tim Kinsella. StayNTouch received $1.6M in seed financing to accelerate product development and expand sales operations. The round was led by Concur through the Concur Perfect Trip Fund, with participation from Acceleprise. As part of the deal, Michael Koetting, Concur’s EVP of Supplier Management and Advertising, will join StayNTouch’s board. The company is based in Potomac, MD.
