SIGA’s core product, SigaGuard, is a machine‑learning based operational monitoring solution that analyzes electrical signals at Level 0 to detect cyberattacks and operational faults in utilities, industrial plants, and critical facilities. Unlike network‑focused OT tools, SigaGuard monitors raw sensor and equipment electrical signals that the company says cannot be manipulated by attackers. SIGA offers the solution as a cloud SaaS with a monthly subscription fee and counts customers including New York Power Authority, Singapore’s water company, Israel Electric Corporation, large chemical firms, Israel’s water operator, government ministries and defense organizations. SigaGuard was selected by the Israel Water Authority as the core cybersecurity platform in its Security Operations Center for protecting national water infrastructure. The company plans to use new funding to accelerate sales and strategic collaborations abroad, with a focus on North America, Europe, the Far East and the United Arab Emirates. To date SIGA has raised $15 million, including grants from the EC and IIA and prior investments by SIBF and AWZ Ventures.
- BridgerPay
Led · Seed · May 2022
BridgerPay provides a payment operations platform that allows businesses to connect their websites via ready‑made plugins or a few lines of code to a PCI Level‑1 end‑to‑end payments stack with 500+ connections. Its Lego‑like interface and automated signup aim to make enterprise‑grade payments technology available to companies of all sizes, and features such as Bridger Retry™ are designed to recover declined card payments. The company offers plugins for Magento, WooCommerce, WordPress, PrestaShop, BigCommerce and others to enable fast setup. Proceeds from the $6M seed were used to build the platform into a full SaaS product, recruit talent, and scale its go‑to‑market strategy. Headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus, with an office in Tel Aviv, BridgerPay is reporting over 300% year‑over‑year growth and is opening offices in the US, UAE and Australia. Leadership is led by Ran Cohen and Yaron Hersh.
- SIGA OT Solutions
Participated · Series B · Aug 2021
Siga OT Solutions develops SigaGuard, a cybersecurity product that monitors raw electrical (Level 0) signals from industrial components and sensors using machine learning and predictive analysis. By “listening” to Level 0 rather than network traffic or protocols, the company says it can detect attacks on the most critical physical assets and maintain operational resiliency even if ICS controller logic is manipulated. SigaGuard is deployed at Israel’s critical water facilities and the New York Power Authority. The company positions Level 0 as the richest and most reliable source of process data in operational environments. Siga will use its new funding to accelerate sales and strategic collaborations internationally, with explicit focus on North America, Europe, Asia and the United Arab Emirates. Financially, Siga completed an $8.1 million Series B after a $3.5 million Series A three years earlier.

Its program has been growing roughly 20% month-over-month. Jasper employs more than 50 people across a development center in Israel and a New York City headquarters. The company runs a referral-driven cashback program that rewards users and plans to grow its AI technology to further develop underwriting and introduce a new line of financial services.
